In the event that faulty / broken items are received or items are missing from your order, KH Norton Group should be notified via email within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. Please state if the item(s) are faulty, damaged or missing. KH Norton Group will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the item(s). A replacement will be sent to you on receipt of the returned item(s). If we have no replacement in stock, we may offer you a substitute item or full refund.

Item(s) returned for other reasons (eg. wrong goods ordered or item not required) must be received by KH Norton Group in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return item(s) you must email KH Norton Group within 7 working days from the receipt. The original or return postage will not be refunded in these cases. A full refund for the item amount only shall be refunded on receipt of item(s) returned.
